Synopsis: In this Phase Students are asked to submit a small document of Project Proposal on a Topic( A topic is a software idea on which students wants to work/ Develop), Topic Should Not be completely hypothetical or in other words students are expected to take geniuen problems. According to Universtity Synopsis should be inbetween 15-20 pages but going by the contents they want in synopsis, size of synopsis may exceed to 35-40 Pages. Synopsis should be submitted by students of 5^Th Semester of BCA/MCA.  Result of Synopsis will be provided in next 2 months( to be calculated from the last date of Synopsis Submission).

Project & Documention Submission: In Second Phase Students are to submit a Running Software Project and Documenation based on your Project. Project documentaiton should be strictly based on your own project, it should include project code, working screenshots of project, Analysis report, Testing Techniques used etc. Complete Contents will be Provided in my next Post.

Viva-Voice: in this Phase you will be asked to attend viva on your Regional Center, not your Study Center . Teacher is completely free to ask questions from your project or from anywhere else, for example one of BCA students was asked to write triggers which is not even a part of BCA course. Evaluator can ask you to run your Software.
